is a PE 100-RC multilayer pipe systems with improved resistance to disinfection processes. Manufactured in PE 100-RC (resistance to crack), in two layers:
1. External layer in additivated PE 100-RC, black with blue stripes
It provides a high resistance to impact and an exceptional resistance to crack growth, more than 100 times the parameters requested by the European standard for drinking water and gas polyethylene. It is highly resistant to UV. The outer blue stripes perfectly identify this type of installations.
2. Inner layer with non-stick, anti-microbial additive, and resistant to disinfection, blue-colored.
This extremely smooth inner layer prevents the formation of fouling inside the pipes, and minimizes load losses. It is resistant to the disinfection processes used in the drinking water networks. In addition, the anti-microbial additive provides a 100% protection against legionella, which makes it specially suitable for food use, according to RD 140/2003.
